Counsel
Fund Development is centered around cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Our counsel focuses on three key elements:
- articulation of a compelling and urgent case for support
- trained and prepared volunteers capable of articulating the case to donor prospects
- prospective donors, who have been cultivated, have capacity to give and a connection to the organization, mission or individuals involved.
Our Development Assessments evaluate fundraising efforts in relation to mission and long-range plans. A full assessment involves comprehensive analysis of the organization, its structure, current and historical results, staffing, resources, volunteers, budgets, and information systems. An evaluation of communications strategies within the context of development, peer comparison and analysis, strategic and resource assessment. Upon a comprehensive review, strategies are recommended to enhance fundraising production. The resulting plan includes timelines, staffing patterns, and budgets to help improve development results.
